Returns

We accept returns on eligible in-stock merchandise within 7 days of delivery or pickup.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition
  • Include all original packaging and accessories
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Custom furniture
  • Made-to-order products
  • Special orders
  • Kitchen cabinetry
  • Countertops
  • Mattresses
  • Clearance, floor samples, or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Interior design services and consultation fees

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing ana@foxzhanginteriors.com with photographs of the product and packaging.

We will work promptly to repair, replace, or resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once your approved return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Original shipping charges and installation fees are non-refundable.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Order Cancellations

In-Stock Products

Orders may be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.

Custom & Special Orders

Because these items are manufactured specifically for you, custom and special orders cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded once production has begun.

Delivery

Customers are responsible for ensuring products will fit through entryways, stairways, elevators, and into the intended space before purchase.

Additional delivery charges resulting from inaccessible locations or refused deliveries are the responsibility of the customer.
